Wendy has recently returned from touring the UK, Paris and Sweden, performing in London.  With a new EP to be launched later this year along with planning and producing a blues river cruise and other local performances, Wendy is also looking forward to returning to Europe in 2026.

GRAHAM MITTELHEUSER – Guitar

Growing up in sugar cane country, he became hooked on Guitar, the first time he heard a Blues Shuffle. Predominantly self-taught, in the mid 90’s, Graham was offered a spot with Black Dog, a Bundaberg based blues band and played the Blues, Rock and Boogie throughout QLD. After decades of being dormant, a series of life changing off-road dirt bike accidents in 2021 and by early 2023 Graham rekindled his love of playing because in his heart, it had never left him and he has been on a mission to make up for lost time ever since. Jimmie and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robben Ford and Freddie King are just a few of his most loved players. Rich Robinson, Marc Ford, and Luther Dickinson were further influences to embody his playing.

Graham has found his expression in this current band Bluez Fever and continues his journey leaving the audience wanting more of his emotion and passionate solos that cut through and shine in his playing, taking you to another dimension and level to keep you on the edge. Sharing this passion and his love, with his craft.

MARTIN GRIGG – Keyboards

At five years of age, Martin’s favorite toy was the Grand Piano in his parents living room. Since those days his interest in playing the Piano and performing professionally has grown immeasurably, with a wealth of experience and many years of musical performances. Martin has traveled all over Australia, Africa and the UK performing with groups in clubs, top hotels, corporate and multicultural festivals and functions and has been honing his skills and talent as a Keyboard player with Big Mama and Sexy Soul Band for nine years and is a regular at festivals such as Childers and Chinchilla with Afrodisa, an African, Reggae and Calypso Combo on stage and with a roving trolley.

Martin is delighted to join the Bluez Fever Band, complimenting his rich Hammond Keyboard riffs to this talented group of musicians, performing and delivering with true emotion and heartfelt application.

ROGER STIERLI – Electric Bass

A Bassist with over 45 years of band experience, he built his first Bass Guitar at the age of nine with a piece of wood, some string and a cheap microphone, need we say any more. Roger has played in many bands in his time including six years with the Phil Bailey Blues Band, Alias Smith & Jones, Branch line, The Deep Creek Blues Band and Gympie Blues Club which included performances at the Gympie Music Muster.

With drums being his second instrument, Roger’s bass locks in with Ferenc’s beat to create a solid, on the floor engine room and a unique foundation for the Bluez Fever Band. Roger’s Strongest blues influences are Tommy Shannon (Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble) and Johnny B Gayden (Albert Collins Band). You can enjoy Roger’s tight and well laid out walking bass runs, his tidy grooves and warm delivery.

FERENC DUGA – Drums & Percussion

Born in Hungary, with a musical career beginning in 1975, developing a solo act on Drums, Percussion and singing. From the 1980’s Ferenc was performing in a variety of venues from restaurants, clubs through to corporate convention centers all over Hungary and Europe. Ferenc was in demand. By 1987 he joined a trio group and toured on a twelve month contract throughout Norway, then relocating and moving to Australia. Ferenc has continued his musical journey, over the past few decades, touring as a solo performer and as a drummer with full bands. Ferenc has traveled and performed extensively around Australia including in Kalgoorlie, Adelaide, Sydney, Mt Isa, Cairns, Townsville, Biloela, Rockhampton, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Port Moresby Papua New Guinea.
